Media Release : Traffic Announcement Motorcycle Lane Closures And Traffic Diversions Nearby Ramp A, B, C & D At The Pandamaran Interchange And From Km17.9 To Km20.0 (Both Bounds) Of The Shah Alam Expressway – Sae (Kesas) From 9 March 2023 To 22 March 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 3 March 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be motorcycle lane closures and traffic diversions nearby Ramp A, B, C & D of the Pandamaran Interchange (from before and after the interchanges, both bounds) and from KM17.9 to KM20.0 (both bounds) of the Shah Alam Expressway – SAE (KESAS) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 9 March 2023 to 22 March 2023, 24 hours daily, in the following stages:

Stage 1: Motorcycle Lane closure from KM17.9 to KM18.5 of SAE (East bound), 24 hours daily from 9 March 2023 to 11 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 2: Motorcycle Lane closure from KM19.1 to KM20.0 of SAE (East bound), 24 hours daily from 13 March 2023 to 15 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 3: Motorcycle Lane and slow lane closure from KM20.0 to KM19.1 of SAE (West bound), 24 hours daily from 16 March 2023 to 18 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 4: Motorcycle Lane closure from KM18.5 to KM17.9 of SAE (Pulau Indah bound), 24 hours daily from 20 March 2023 to 22 March 2023.Stage 4: Motorcycle Lane closure from KM18.5 to KM17.9 of SAE (Pulau Indah bound), 24 hours daily from 20 March 2023 to 22 March 2023.

During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang), Klang Municipal Council (MPK), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA).

Motorists are advised to drive carefully and follow the traffic signages. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to the SAE (KESAS) users.
