Media Release : Traffic Announcement Road Closures And Traffic Diversions At Ramp A And Ramp B Of The Pandamaran Interchange And From Km18.5 To Km19.1 (Both Bounds) Of The Shah Alam Expressway – Sae (Kesas) From 13 January 2023 To 31 January 2023

KUALA LUMPUR – 10 JANUARY 2023: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be road closures at the Pandamaran Interchange (Ramp A) from Jalan Langat heading to Kuala Lumpur, (Ramp B) from Kuala Lumpur heading to Jalan Langat and from KM18.5 to KM19.1 (both bounds) of the Shah Alam Expressway – SAE (KESAS) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 13 January 2023 to 31 January 2023 (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The closures will be done in stages as shown below:

Stage 1: Slow and middle lane closures from KM19.1 to KM18.5 of SAE (West bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 13 January 2023 to 14 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 2: Fast lane closure from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (both bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., from 14 January 2023 to 15 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 3: Slow and middle lane closure from KM18.5 to KM19.1 of SAE (East bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 16 January 2023 to 18 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 4: Full closure of Ramp A from Jalan Langat heading onto SAE (Kuala Lumpur bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 18 January 2023 to 20 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 5: Full closure of Ramp B from SAE heading to Jalan Langat (Klang bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 25 January 2023 to 27 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

Stage 6: Full closure of Ramp B from SAE heading to Jalan Langat (Banting bound), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. from 28 January 2023 to 31 January 2023.
During the closure, the traffic management scheme will be as indicated in the map below.

The diversions are implemented following the approval from IPD Klang Selatan (PDRM), the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang), Klang Municipal Council (MPK), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA).
