Media Release: Road closure and traffic diversion on Jalan Langat, Klang (from Jalan Mahogani traffic light junction to the junction before Jalan Salam, Banting-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project related works from 8 October 2021 to 31 May 2022

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 5 OCTOBER 2021: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a road closure and traffic diversion on Jalan Langat, Klang (from Jalan Mahogani traffic light junction to the junction before Jalan Salam, Banting-bound) to facilitate LRT3 project related works from 8 October 2021 to 31 May 2022, (Monday to Sunday), 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m

During the closure, motorists on Jalan Langat heading towards Banting will be diverted onto Jalan Mahogani, Persiaran Mahogani, head straight to the roundabout and take the fourth exit to Jalan Salam before heading back towards Jalan Langat as shown on the map below: –

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Municipal Council (MPK). Throughout the National Recovery Plan (NRP) Phase 3 period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
