Traffic Announcement: Road Closure Along Persiaran Dato’ Menteri, Shah Alam to facilitate LRT3 Construction Works from 5 April 2018 to 5 April 2020

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 3 April, 2018: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the Project Delivery Partner (PDP) of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be a permanent road closure along Persiaran Dato’ Menteri starting after the Persiaran Damai intersection traffic light until Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC) and the left lane of Persiaran Tasik (heading towards Shah Alam City Centre) starting from 5 April 2018 to 5 April 2020.

The closure will be implemented as follows:

• The road closure will start 140 meter before Persiaran Damai intersection traffic light for a stretch of one kilometer until in front of Shah Alam Convention Centre (SACC).
• Traffic from Persiaran Dato’ Menteri Seksyen 11 heading towards Shah Alam City Centre will be diverted into Persiaran Damai and patrons of Pos Malaysia who wish to go to Pejabat Pos Malaysia Seksyen 12 will need to enter via Jalan Ikhtisas
• A full lane closure will also be implemented at Bulatan Permai, after the Persiaran Tasik traffic lights intersection until in front of Kompleks PKNS.
