Motorcycle Lane Closure along Federal Highway (KL bound) to facilitate LRT3 Construction Works from 19 March 2018 to 19 March 2020

Please be informed that upon approval by JKR Malaysia, there will be closure on the motorcycle lane from UiTM Shah Alam exit along Federal Highway (KL Bound) for 2km until Persiaran Tasik exit (Pusat Bandar Shah Alam bound) due to LRT3 preliminary and construction works from 19 March 2018 (Monday) to 19 March 2020 (Thursday).

The motorcyle lane will be closed for two (2) years and will be executed with immediate effect at the associated locations.

Motorcycle Lane Diversion:
– Motorcyclists from Seksyen 7 exit near UiTM Shah Alam will be diverted into the inner road for 500m, in front of Petronas and Shell petrol stations and will exit to Federal Highway most left lane for 400m and enter back into the motorcycle lane before Persiaran Raja Muda overpass bridge for 800m.
– Motorcyclists to be diverted again into the Persiaran Tasik intersection towards Pusat Bandar Shah Alam for 300m.
