Traffic Announcement: Lane Closures and Traffic Diversions at PLUS and SPRINT Highway (Near Jalan Bridge 21/64) from 2 July 2024 to 30 September 2024

KUALA LUMPUR – 26 JUNE 2024: Setia Utama LRT 3 Sdn Bhd, the contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be intermittent lane closures and traffic diversions on PLUS and SPRINT highway (Klang and Damansara-bound, near Jalan Bridge 21/64) to facilitate LRT3 project-related works from 2 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 (Monday to Saturday),11.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. at the following locations:

Closure 1: Slip road from Lebuh Bandar Utama (BU11-bound) to PLUS highway (Damansara-bound) nearby Soon Meng Auto, the left lane of PLUS Highway (Damansara-bound) opposite Ming Tien, and the right lane of PLUS Highway (Damansara-bound) opposite Nissan Nikaijaya will be closed.

  • Motorists from PLUS highway (Damansara-bound) heading towards SPRINT highway (Damansara-bound) and Kayu Ara interchange at SPRINT highway (Damansara-bound) will be diverted via contra flow.
  • Motorists from SPRINT highway (Klang-bound) heading towards PLUS highway (Damansara-bound) will be diverted via contra flow.
  • Motorists from Lebuh Bandar Utama heading towards SPRINT highway (Damansara-bound) will be diverted to Jalan Mawar, Jalan Melati and Jalan Masjid.

Closure 2: Right lane of slip road from Lebuh Bandar Utama (BU11-bound) to PLUS highway (Damansara-bound) nearby Ming Tien, the left lane of PLUS Highway (Damansara-bound) opposite Winho, both lanes at Kayu Ara Interchange and both lanes of SPRINT Highway (Damansara-bound) opposite Petron will be closed.

  • Motorists from Lebuh Bandar Utama heading towards SPRINT highway (Damansara-bound) will be diverted via contra flow opposite Winho.
  • Motorist from SPRINT highway (Klang-bound) heading towards PLUS highway (Klang bound) will be diverted to the left lane of the SPRINT highway (Klang bound) opposite Petron.
  • Motorist from PLUS highway (Damansara-bound) heading towards SPRINT highway (Damansara-bound) will be diverted via contra flow.
  • Motorists from Lebuh Bandar Utama heading towards Jalan Melur 1 will be diverted to the left-most lane of PLUS highway (Damansara-bound).

At one time, only one (1) closure will be implemented. The diversions are implemented following the approval from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM).
