Traffic Announcement: Lane Closures and Traffic Diversion along Jalan Meru, Klang from 25 January 2021 to 30 November 2021

SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR – 21 JANUARY 2021: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the main contractor of the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) project, wishes to inform that there will be continuation of intermittent lane closures and traffic diversion on Jalan Meru, Klang (from before the junction of Lintang Pekan Baru until after the junction of Lorong Sireh, Klang Town-bound) to facilitate ‘U-Girder’ launching, station and LRT3 project-related works from 25 January 2021 to 30 November 2021, (Monday to Sunday), 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

During the intermittent closures, the left lane of Jalan Meru (Klang Town-bound) will be closed and traffic will be diverted as follows, with one (1) lane made available for motorists.

 

 

The diversions are implemented following the approval from the Klang Public Works Department (JKR Klang) and Klang Municipal Council (MPK). Throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO) period, we will be following the guidelines of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) when carrying out our construction activities.
