SHAH ALAM, 6 JUNE 2018: MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), the Project Delivery Partner of LRT3 and contractor, Sunway Construction would like to inform that a bored pile casing has slipped from a trailer while it was being lifted about one meter above and fell back onto the trailer near LRT3 work area at Sri Andalas Klang, at approximately 3:00pm yesterday.
No damage to public property or injury to motorists was reported and the incident was contained within the hour. MRCBGK view this very seriously and would ensure public and workers’ safety are not compromised. A stop work order (SWO) has been issued immediately and investigation is currently ongoing.
